Musical in a Week (Beauty and the Beast)

Join Director Sassy Harvey (previous shows Nativity!, Oliver, Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat and TFT’s original Panto) as she puts together a tale as old as time.

This Musical in a week will be an intense week to put together an entire show in just 4 days! The children will develop their singing, dancing, acting and stagecraft through our team work and learning of the material each day.

The programme will be broken down as:

• Monday – Wednesday 10am – 4pm Learning the routines, songs and blocking the scenes.
• Thursday 10am -4pm FULL show run and develop the show set, costumes and keep practising.
• Friday 10am – 8pm TECH rehearsal, Dress rehearsal and then performance of show in evening.

This Musical in a week will be a lot of fun, however, will have a higher expectation as we work towards a full production. Students who are confident, looking for a challenge and able to work under a more intense schedule are best suited for this project.

Children are to bring their own drinks, snacks and lunch with them.
